Refund and Returns Policy

1. Definitions

2. Order Cancellation

  • You may request to cancel an Order within 12 hours of placing it.
  • To cancel, contact Us immediately at swsglblsolution@outlook.com with your Order details.
  • Once the 12-hour window has passed, Orders will proceed to processing and shipment, and cancellation will no longer be accepted.

3. Returns

  • We accept returns of Goods within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • To initiate a return, You must contact Us at swsglblsolution@outlook.com with Your Order number and reason for return.
  • Goods must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.

4. Refunds

  • Once We receive and inspect the returned Goods, We will notify You of the approval or rejection of Your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to Your original payment method.
  • Refunds may take up to 7–10 business days to appear in Your account depending on Your payment provider.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the Goods do not meet the conditions outlined above.

5. Partial Refunds

  • In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted, such as if:
    • Goods are returned in a used, damaged, or incomplete condition.
    • Items are missing packaging, tags, or accessories.

6. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
  • If You wish to exchange Goods, You may return the item for a refund and place a new Order.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons, and these will be clearly indicated on the product page.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns for Goods that fall outside Our return policy conditions.
