- We use reliable local courier services to deliver your Orders.
- All shipments are processed from Our warehouse in Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia.
- No overnight or express delivery options are available.
5. Processing Time
- All Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Once processed, Orders are shipped and delivered within 7 days.
- Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the destination and local courier performance.
6. Order Tracking
- You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information once your Order has been dispatched.

7. Delivery Address

- Any additional costs incurred to re-ship an Order due to an incorrect address will be Your responsibility.
8. Failed Delivery Attempts
- If the courier is unable to deliver your Order due to an incorrect address, absence, or refusal, the shipment may be returned to Our warehouse.
- In such cases, We will contact You to arrange re-delivery.
- Re-delivery will only be scheduled once We confirm the correct address, and We reserve the right to delay shipping until this is resolved.
9. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- We take every precaution to ensure that Your Goods are properly packed and protected during transit.
- If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact Us immediately at swsglblsolution@outlook.com with photos of the damage and your Order details.
- Claims for lost or damaged shipments must be made within 7 days of delivery.
