  • International shipping is not available.
  • Orders must be placed with a valid Malaysian delivery address.

  • There are no hidden or additional charges for delivery within Malaysia.

4. Shipping Method

  • We use reliable local courier services to deliver your Orders.
  • All shipments are processed from Our warehouse in Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia.
  • No overnight or express delivery options are available.

5. Processing Time

  • All Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Once processed, Orders are shipped and delivered within 7 days.
  • Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the destination and local courier performance.

6. Order Tracking

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information once your Order has been dispatched.
  • You can use the tracking number provided to monitor your shipment via the courier’s website.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service, inclement weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

7. Delivery Address

  • Please ensure that Your delivery address is complete and accurate.
  • We are not responsible for shipments that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by You.
  • Any additional costs incurred to re-ship an Order due to an incorrect address will be Your responsibility.

8. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If the courier is unable to deliver your Order due to an incorrect address, absence, or refusal, the shipment may be returned to Our warehouse.
  • In such cases, We will contact You to arrange re-delivery.
  • Re-delivery will only be scheduled once We confirm the correct address, and We reserve the right to delay shipping until this is resolved.

9. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • We take every precaution to ensure that Your Goods are properly packed and protected during transit.
  • If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact Us immediately at swsglblsolution@outlook.com with photos of the damage and your Order details.
  • Claims for lost or damaged shipments must be made within 7 days of delivery.
